Go South Summer 2020

Thank you for your interest in Go South's 2020 summer! This year, Go South will place fellows in established community organizations, city governments, and nonprofits in Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, West Virginia. Scroll down to view brief descriptions of the positions available this summer, and click "Learn More" to read more about each position, including key skills and qualifications.

Timeline: 8 weeks, from June 8 to July 31, 2019.

Finances: Go South is working hard to make our program financially accessible to all. This summer, Yale students eligible for the Domestic Summer Award are encouraged to apply for funds. Fellows will have the opportunity to stay in a local homestay free of charge.

Eligibility: Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students from Go South's partner institutions. All disciplines and levels of experience are welcome! While students with a well-articulated interest in the South will be especially strong candidates, you need not be from the South to be a fellow.
